How does Mile work?
Mile matches you with a driver who has a similar route to your destination. Using Mile provides several benefits:

How can I book my ride on Mile?
There are two ways to book a ride:
a) Submit a request on our website with your preferred pick-up and drop-off locations and timing.
b) Keep a lookout on our Facebook page for similar routes.
HOW MUCH IS MILE?
We aim to be more affordable for regular, longer rides compared to Grab. However, owning a car in Singapore is expensive, and we need to compensate our drivers for their time and effort. The cost ranges from $20-30.
what if i need to change or cancel my ride?
Yes, you can change or cancel your ride. Please give us at least an hour's notice so our Mile Partners can make other plans.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM GRABHITCH?
GrabHitch works great for one-off rides, but getting a driver every day can still be uncertain. Mile aims to remove that uncertainty with a regular driver arrangement.

Is Mile service available 24/7?
No, we primarily serve during peak hours (morning and evening). However, we do accommodate occasional requests for afternoons, such as picking up children from childcare or dropping off family members at medical appointments.

Absolutely. All drivers are thoroughly vetted to ensure they meet our safety and quality standards. We prioritize your safety and comfort.
